Wow, January has been an amazing month. I have gone through so much the past few weeks, and I’m feeling the most confident I felt in a long time. Learning to let go and trust the timing of my own life has been essential.


I think this was the most confident I’ve felt in a dance class in a hot minute! Thank you @alexaexoxo for always bringing the heat!!

See you guys in the studio tomorrow, I will be teaching a “Find your Flow” style class where we will be going over our fundamentals, transitions, and learning how to flow with different styles of music. It is definitely a different teaching style than what I’m used to so let’s experiment together 🥰
